Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will give you full control over your email accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can set up a new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect mail messages from one email account to another, activate mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your email accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested messages will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mail messages based on certain rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your mail accounts and select the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox account you would like to forward mails from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the mail client of your preference to access your e-mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest.
